Important! Only a user authorized in the system can create a ticket. An unauthorized user, when going to the ticket box, sees a page with the message: "Access denied".
- Log in to your personal account in the billing bill.sim-networks.com.
- Menu - Tickets.
- On the page that opens, click Create New Ticket.
Please note that we have simplified the process of creating new tickets. You no longer need to select the department to which the ticket is addressed - just describe the essence of your request in the appropriate field, and the Customer Care service will determine who to entrust the solution of your problem to (technical support, financial department, sales department, etc.)
