Common errors when activating SSL certificates

The certificate was not confirmed by email

If your certificate was not verified, you need to contact the Customer Care service and get the status of the certificate in the certification center: the certificate could have been annulled. In this case, a client can order the certificate again with no additional charges.

The confirmation letter for the SSL certificate was accidentally deleted

Send a request for another confirmation letter (create a ticket).

The certificate code was lost, or confidential data was accessed by a third party, or the data was compromised in another way

You will have to re-release the certificate. This procedure does not come with any additional charges. To do this, create a ticket with a request for the re-release of an SSL certificate for a domain name.
