Instructions for paying fees in bank transfers (SWIFT)

When paying for services by bank transfer (international payment in the SWIFT system), you can determine at whose expense the bank commissions will be paid. To do this, in the payment order, in field 71A "Details of Charges", put a mark: BEN, OUR, or SHA.

Important! In transfers to pay for services or replenish an account in SIM-NETWORKS billing, be sure to check the OUR mark in the payment details so that the funds sent will be credited to the SIM-NETWORKS account in full.

Differences BEN, OUR, SHA:

  • BEN - payment of all commissions is made from the transfer amount. The amount of the transfer that will come to the recipient will be less than the amount sent since commissions of all involved banks are deducted from the transfer.

  • OUR - payment of all commissions is made at the expense of the sender, the transfer comes to the recipient in full. And funds for paying commissions are debited from the sender's account, more than the transfer amount.

  • SHA - commissions are paid jointly, the sender of the transfer pays the commissions of his bank, and the commissions of other banks are paid at the expense of the recipient (subtracted from the transfer amount). The amount of the transfer that will come to the recipient will be less than the amount sent since bank commissions are deducted from the transfer.
