In the end of 2019, the web development team of SIM-Networks released to the production environment a new billing system. Within the regular upgrade of our informational systems, we’ve decided to change an approach drastically, delivering a new billing system, which is more flexible and more convenient to customers. The billing system allows developing and implementing new capabilities to make customers’ relationship with our Company faster, easier, more efficient and more safe.

A new billing system has launched: what should customers do?

We are used to be ready for some customers’ actions when a service company changes its customer-service systems. But in the case of SIM-Networks, there’s another tale —all our innovations are addressed to improve customer experience but not make it more complicated.

Well. We’ve launched a new billing system. What should our customers do? The answer is – enjoy the benefits of new software! And SiM-Networks will care about your data migration from the old billing system to the new one.

The customers’ data migration takes a certain time, and you will continue using an old system until your data have been moved. When it comes, you’ll get an email to the address specified upon the registration process. Since that moment, you’ll come to the new billing system after logging in at the web site.

The only point that requires your attention, is the logging in procedure. Please, don’t use a billing system’s URL address for it; you need to log in using the standard authorization procedure at the website, by clicking a pictogram at the right side of the header and then enter your username and password, like at the picture below:

After authorizing, you move forward to the billing system automatically. In the case when your data have no migrated yet, you continue to work in the old system. New customers who register at SIM-Networks website since January 01st, 2020, are automatically served by the new billing system.

All customers’ data migration will have been perform step-by-step during the 1st half a 2020 year.
