The SIM-Networks Ukraine company (a subsidiary of the German Netversor GmbH) is looking for a Business Development Manager for the B2B department. We’re seeking a specialist who will become a part of our international team and will promote SIM-Networks – Netversor services in the IT community.

Your responsibilities:

  • Searching for clients, developing the client base, working with CRM;
  • Selling the company’s IT services;
  • Creating and giving presentations to clients;
  • Negotiating the terms of cooperation with corporate clients;
  • Closing deals and signing agreements;
  • Developing long-term business relationships with clients and partners;
  • Leading clients in all questions related to the company’s services;
  • Implementing the B2B sales strategy, meeting the financial quotas in terms of sales.

You will need:

  • Familiarity with sales techniques;
  • Experience with productive cold calls;
  • Skills connected to leading effective negotiations and presentations;
  • Experience in B2B sales;
  • Experience in closing complicated deals on your own.

Will be a bonus:

  • Experience in IT (sales or infrastructure administration, physical and/or cloud, and/or network);
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.

The SIM-Networks Ukraine company (a subsidiary of the German Netversor GmbH) is looking for a Presale manager (Project Manager).

Our candidate has:

  • An understanding of the principles of building hosting services (cloud computing, dedicated servers, data storage and various network equipment, etc.) and their main benefits;
  • Experience with popular hardware vendors and knowledge of their basic products: data storage, servers, networks equipment (DELL, HP, Supermicro, Cisco, Juniper etc.);
  • A basic understanding of the main virtualization systems and their licensing;
  • A basic understanding of popular monitoring and backup solutions;
  • A basic understating of organization of the main IT services in an average company (AD, DNS, DHCP, terminal server/farm, file exchange server, email, database server, domain controller, website, IP/PBX etc.);
  • Knowledge of the basics of building telecom networks, commutation, routing, virtual networks (TCP\IP, L2/L3, VPN etc.);
  • An understanding of the main storage systems and their types (iSCSI, SAS, FC, InfiniBand, NVMe,)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, Draw.io, CRM, Jira etc.;
  • Skills in creating terms of reference, schematic solutions, tender documentation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales department in selling the company’s additional services to new and regular clients;
  • Giving presentations of products and solutions to clients;
  • Assisting the client and taking part in negotiations as a technical consultant;
  • Evaluating the technical requirements of the projects of potential clients;
  • Interacting with the client’s technical specialists in the process of pre-sale activity;

The SIM-Networks Ukraine company (a subsidiary of the German Netversor GmbH) is looking for an Infrastructure System Administrator. We seek an experienced system administrator who wants to gain new experience in a Western company where IT is the main business, not a secondary service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing terms of reference for the improvement of existing services;
  • Taking part in the development of the company’s new services;
  • Monitoring the services and the equipment;
  • Developing, creating and maintaining virtual infrastructure and the company’s other services;
  • Maintaining and setting up hardware for cloud services, picking the hardware;
  • Maintaining and setting up the software of cloud services;
  • Looking for issues in the hardware and software parts of cloud services;
  • Organizing the protection of cloud services from online threats, conducting security audits;
  • Assisting the company’s clients and users with technical matters.

Your required skills:

  • PC administration skills (Windows, *nix, FreeBSD), experience with other OS will be a bonus;
  • A deep understating of OpenStack to administer a cloud platform;
  • Familiarity with equipment: Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, HP;
  • Familiarity with SDN, OpenVSwitch, OpenFlow, RabbitMQ;
  • Familiarity with network protocols, routing, the principles behind the creation of IPv4, IPv6;
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages: python, *nix BASH, SQL;
  • Database management system administration: MySQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB, InfluxDB, ElasticSearch;
  • An understating of technologies: network (PPTP VPN, L2TP, SSL, RADIUS, IPSec, IPIP, GRE, MPLS, VLAN, VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, RIP), monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix, Munin), virtualization (XEN, VMWare, Hyper-V, OpenVZ, KVM, Docker, kubernetes).

Additional requirements:

  • Familiarity with technical English;
  • Availability through all communication methods;
  • Work hours may periodically extend beyond the schedule;

Required qualities:
